Traduire CyberTopo

It is possible to build Cybertopo software in foreign languages, mainly when using latin charset.

There for, I need translaters, who’s mother language is the target language and who’s well know french, in order to understand sources files. Translation include several aspects (from easiest to hardest) :
 sentences inside the software itself
 user guide
 help file

I put all together in a single file (attached) with explainations. It might be possible to divide for into several parts.

Spanish translation is already available.

For other languages, when planing to start a translation, e-mail my first, in order to avoid working twice.
